# Why this page exists

The practice receives a great many enquiries from Instagram and Facebook. This page is the single entry point: it saves you hunting for the right number or the right page, and lets you go straight to the reason that concerns you.

It is not a substitute for a consultation. No diagnosis can be made remotely: an implant, a graft or periodontal treatment is decided after a clinical examination and imaging, never from a photograph.

# Finding the right page

If you already know why you want to come in, open the matching page in the list above. It explains how the care works, what is assessed at the first visit and what is not promised. If you are unsure, start with the Your situation page: it begins with what you are going through, not with the name of a treatment. You do not need to choose a treatment before you come. # Call, write or use the form

The phone, on +212 774-832600, is the most direct route during opening hours. WhatsApp, on either of the two numbers shown above, suits you if you prefer to write, or if you are unsure which reason to choose. The appointment form lets you send a request outside opening hours; the practice then calls you back to confirm the time.

# What to mention

A few lines are enough. Say why you want to come in, how long the problem has lasted, which days or times suit you and the number on which you can be called back. If you are travelling from far away, also give the dates you will be in Kénitra. If you have pain or swelling, say so at the start of your message or call. Keep your X-rays and medical documents for the day of the appointment: they will be looked at with you.

# What happens at the first visit

The first visit is an assessment. It starts with listening: what bothers you and what you would like to be able to do again. If you are afraid of dental care, you can say so: your worries are part of the conversation. Then comes the examination of your teeth and gums, and imaging if it adds useful information. The findings are explained in plain words, with the possible options, including options without an implant. If treatment is considered, you receive a written quote and you take the time you need to decide. The assessment does not commit you to any treatment.

# What to bring

Bring any recent X-rays or scans (three-dimensional images) you have, a list of your medicines and any quotes you have already received. Write your questions down in advance: once you are at the practice, they are easy to forget.

# Getting to the practice

The practice is on the first floor of La grande Résidence, Avenue Mohamed V, in Kénitra town centre. The Google Maps and Waze buttons on this page start the route from your phone. It is open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm, and on Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. It is closed at weekends.
